The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has declared a public holiday on July 11, 2023, to mark the annual Urs of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi (R.A). As per the announcement, all KMC-supervised areas will remain closed on this day. The Urs festivities will be inaugurated by Kamran Khan Tessori, the governor of Sindh.

The three-day Urs celebrations, extending until July 13, will feature a range of events. Attendees can look forward to mesmerizing qawwali performances, a Naat programme, and another captivating qawwali session.
